The 2003 International Conference on MEMS, Nano, and Smart Systems

ICMENS 2003 July 20 - July 23, 2003 Banff, Alberta - Canada

The objective of this conference was to provide a forum for the discussion of new developments, recent progress, and innovations in the design and implementation of MEMS, Nano, and Smart Systems-on-Chip. It addressed all aspects of design methods of those systems. The emphasis was on current and future challenges in research and development in both academia and industry.

A proceeding of the conference will be published.

Program:Tutorials, special sessions, discussion panel, poster sessions, and a very entertaining social program was planned.
