Ahmed A. Busnaina, Ph.D.
MANCEF Contributions Dr. Busnaina is a long-time participant of the COMS conference series and has worked with MANCEF on nanotechnology conferences. Career Dr. Busnaina specializes in Nanoscale defects removal, mitigation and characterization, chemical and particulate contamination in semiconductor processes, nanoparticle transport, deposition, adhesion and removal in clean environments. He is also involved in the fabrication of micro and nanoscale structures and interconnects. He authored more than 300 papers in journals, proceedings and conferences. He has been invited to write 30 articles in several conferences, scientific and industrial magazines and 13 book chapters, in addition to more than 100 invited seminars worldwide. He taught more than 50 short courses for semiconductor manufacturing worldwide and he organized more than 30 symposia and 50 sessions and panels. He served as a consultant on microcontamination and particle adhesion issues to the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and other industries. He serves on the editorial advisory board of the Semiconductor International Magazine, the Journal of Particulate Science and Technology and the Journal of Environmental Sciences. He is a fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, and the Adhesion Society, a Fulbright Senior Scholar in addition to numerous listings in Who's Who (in the World, in America, in science and engineering, etc.) © MANCEF - Micro And Nanotechnology Commercialization
